Flexible Fee Structure According to Client Needs

Unlike the large retained executive search firms, I do not work on a retainer basis. Instead, I have a flexible fee structure that is fairer for both parties as I charge the same amount per project, independent of the compensation level. My fee structure is always based on the needs of the client. My fees are far more advantageous than many retained search firms whose fees vary according to the salary level and bonus, which leads consultants to drive up the total compensation in order to charge higher search fees.

For Interim Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Servies, I charge a daily rate. For Executive Search assignments, I charge a flat project fee which is split into three installments: the first installment at the start of the project, the second installment upon the presentation of the Candidate Longlist and the 3rd installment upon the conclusion of the assignment with the successful candidate. Our project fee is calculated according to the complexity of the assignment, whether it is a local or cross-border search and the amount of work involved. It is not dependent on the salary level.
